Mayer is a filmmaker. He earned a BA in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University. Mayer’s work has been featured across the world, and is most noted for his 2023 film The Rock Collection. He primarily focuses on human-interest stories and is currently in post-production on Widowhood, his upcoming short documentary. In addition to his film work, Mayer’s design projects extend to commercial design, UI/UX for government, and non-profit communication design. He is a film-score nerd and lover of this website’s accent color. He is also a pianist and percussionist.

Mayer is currently pursuing his MFA in Documentary Cinema at Tel Aviv University. He is based in Israel.
